With a tendency toward the academy tradition of realism, David Oleski creates bold renderings of the objects of his world with gesture and accuracy. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting from Maryland Institute, College of Art, and has been the artist-in-residence at Bube's Brewery in Lancaster, Pennsylvania since the spring of 1985.
