Licata and Walter Czajkowski proudly opened J & W Gallery
on 20 West Bridge Street in the "Artist's Colony" of New Hope
in November of 1997.Showcasing the work of several Cape
Cod artists, including Robert Cardinal,the Gallery was welcomed
by New Hope and it's visitors as refreshing and exciting.
Since
J & W's opening, the roster has climbed to over 30 local,
national and international artists. Many of which are award
winners and in Museums throughout the United States and abroad
The range of media used covers many types including: oils,
pastels, photography, mixed-media and sculpture, with one common
thread: quality!
Fine
Art from J & W Galleries reside in Corporate and Private
collections both in the United States and abroad. The Gallery
is also a member of the Michner Art Museum in Doylestown, Pa.,
which opened it's first "Annex" in New Hope in 2003.
From
the selection of the Art, to the way it is lighted and hung,
not even the smallest detail is overlooked. Joseph and Walter
pride themselves on doing things their own way: to perfection.
Soft jazz, fresh flowers and comfortable seating create a relaxed
