“To showcase unequaled Art in an ever-changing, relaxed yet sophisticated environment”
Our history:
Joseph Licata and Walter Czajkowski proudly opened J & W Gallery on 20 West Bridge Street in the “Artist Colony” of New Hope in November of 1997. It is now the oldest Fine Art Gallery in New Hope.
The Gallery was welcomed by New Hope and it’s visitors as fresh and exciting, showing works by artists never before seen in the Bucks County area.
J & W now plays host to over 30 artists who work primarily in oils, mixed-media and photography. Many of the artists are in Museum collections and are in both private and corporate collections throughout the United States and abroad.
From the selection of Art, to the manner in which it is hung and lit, no detail is overlooked. Joseph and Walter pride themselves on doing things to perfection.
Soft Jazz, fresh flowers and comfortable seating makes for a relaxed yet sophisticated environment to contemplate and purchase Fine Art.
The Gallery continually adds new and emerging artists to it’s collection so you can always be assured that you are surprised and delighted every time you visit!
When you acquire a work of Art from J & W you become part of the family.
A purchase shows your discerning eye for the very best ,and an appreciation for the way J & W understands and exceeds your expectations.
It is an investment that will enrich your lives and the ones around you for many years to come.
Joseph and Walter invite you to come to the Gallery and experience why we are known as “The Destination for Fine Art in New Hope”.
